Apricot Slice


  • 95ml water
  • 250g porridge oats
  • 80g sugar
  • 65g margarine
  • 50g pitted apricots


In a large saucepan melt the butter and sugar together.

Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.

Place mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake at 170C for 25 minutes, until golden.
