Banana Flapjack

​Ingredients:

  • 360g Porridge Oats
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 50g Golden Syrup
  • 80g butter
  • 120g sugar
  • 145g banana

Method:

​Gently heat the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan until melted. Add into the oats and sliced banana and stir well.

Line a baking tray and spoon the mixture in, covering the surface evenly. Bake at 160C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
