Beef Casserole with Potatoes and Broccoli

‚ÄčIngredients:

  • 275g potatoes
  • 145g carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 450g broccoli
  • 1tsp beef stock
  • 145g swede
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 225g braising steak, cubed

Method:

‚ÄčSear the beef in a hot pan until it colours.

Remove the beef and add the carrots, onion, garlic and swede into the pan and cook until tender.

Add the beef back into the mixture, adding a little water and beef stock, stirring well.

Put in oven at 170C for 3-4 hours.

Dice the potatoes and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Steam broccoli until tender.

Serve.
