Blueberry Muffin

‚ÄčIngredients:

  • 80g frozen blueberries
  • 12g baking powder
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 200g flour
  • 100ml milk
  • 90g natural yoghurt

Method:

Pre-heat the oven at 200C.

Sieve the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.

Add the butter into the bowl and mix together.

Beat the egg and milk in a separate bowl and then add into the mixture, gently folding it in.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Spoon into muffin cases and bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes until risen and golden.
