Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 57g broccoli
  • 57g cauliflower
  • 60g cheddar cheese
  • 15g plain flour
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 290g milk

Method:

​Boil the cauliflower and broccoli until tender.

In a separate pan melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux. Gradually add the milk, stirring continually until the sauce thickens. Once the sauce has thickened add the cheese and stir.

Place the cauliflower and broccoli in a shallow dish and pour over the sauce. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
