Cheddar & Leek Frittata

Cheddar & Leek Frittata


  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 15 eggs
  • black pepper
  • 120g leek
  • 60g cheddar
  • 200g diced potato


Gently saute the leek in a saucepan until soft.

In a separate pan boil the diced potato until tender.

Whisk the eggs.

Add the potatoes, leek and cheddar into a frying pan, and pour over the whisked eggs. Cook until the egg is set, popping under the grill if needed.
