Chicken Stroganoff with Broccoli

Chicken Stroganoff with Broccoli


  • 400g potato
  • 1 large broccoli
  • 375g diced chicken
  • 1 large onion
  • 130g mushrooms
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 25ml double cream
  • 1tsp garlic puree
  • sunflower oil
  • 25ml vegetable stock


Saute the onions in a little oil, and once soft add the chicken, mushrooms, garlic and paprika.

Add the stock and simmer for 20 minutes.

Steam the potatoes and broccoli until tender.

Stir in the cream to the chicken mixture and serve.
