Chickpea and Kale Tagine with Apricots with Cous Cous

‚ÄčIngredients:

  • 60g dried apricots
  • 125g kale
  • 400g five bean salad
  • 250g cous cous
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 red peppers

Method:

Prepare cous cous as per packet instructions.

Add all ingredients and a little water into a saucepan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Serve.
