Chilli Con Carne and Carrot Puree

Ingredients:

  • 200g chopped tomatoes
  • 200g minced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method:

Lightly fry the onions and garlic in a saucepan until soft. Add the mince and cook until the mince has browned.

Add the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, carrots and paprika and simmer for 15 minutes.

Put mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
