Cinnamon Muffin

Ingredients:

  • 130g self raising flour
  • 130g sugar
  • 10 margarine
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnamon

Method:

In a large bowl, cream the margarine and sugar together.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Once combined, add mixture to a baking tin and bake for 25 minutes at 170C.
