In a large pan saute the onions, pepper and garlic until soft.
In a separate pan, cook the diced turkey.
Add the turkey into the onion mixture once cooked, and add the mild curry powder and a small amount of water. Once ingredients are combined, take off the heat and blend until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
Lay the filo on a clean surface and pipe the turkey filling on top. Roll the filo, slice into sections and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C until filo has turned golden brown.
