Date & Cranberry Flapjack

Date & Cranberry Flapjack


  • 400g dates
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 400g porridge oats
  • 200g raisins


Gently heat the chopped dates in a pan until they are soft.

In a large bowl add the porridge oats, cinnamon and raisins. Stir in the softened dates and mix well.

Add the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden.
