GF Pasta with Sweetcorn & Chicken

GF Pasta with Sweetcorn & Chicken


  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 200g gluten free penne pasta
  • 150g sweetcorn
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 150g diced chicken
  • 200g chickpeas, drained
  • 50g mushrooms


​Saute the onion, mushrooms and garlic in a large saucepan. Add the chicken and stir well, cooking for approx. 20 minutes.

Add the chickpeas, sweetcorn and a little water into the chicken mixture, stirring well. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

In a separate pan cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
