GF Penne Pasta with Spinach and Mixed Beans

Ingredients:

  • 600g GF penne pasta
  • 400g spinach
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tin of five bean salad
  • 20ml vegetable stock

Method:

​Add the pasta into a large saucepan and boil until tender following the packet instructions.

In a large pan, saute the onion until tender. Add the spinach and five bean salad and stir well.

Add the stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Once the spinach has wilted, add the pasta.

Stir well and serve.
