Gluten Free Pasta with Roasted Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • 250g gluten free penne pasta
  • 600g red pepper

Method:

​Roast the peppers in an oven at 180C until golden.

When peppers are soft, blend into a sauce.

Cook the pasta as per packet instructions and once cooked stir into the sauce.

Serve.
