Jamaican Chicken


  • 200g Mixed Peppers, diced
  • 280g Chicken, diced
  • 200g Carrots, diced
  • 55g Mango Chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon ​


Serves 4

Saute the chicken in a large pan for approx. 20 minutes until cooked.

Add the carrots and mixed peppers into the saucepan, stirring well and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Add the spices and mix well.

Stir in the mango chutney and add 160ml of water and leave to simmer for 10mins.

Serve with Cous Cous.​
