Lentil Bolognese

Lentil Bolognese


  • olive oil
  • 125g red pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 185g carrot
  • 227g swede
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 245g puy lentils
  • black pepper
  • spaghetti


Soak the lentils for 2 hours. Add the lentils into boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.

Steam the vegetables until tender.

In a pan saute the onions, and add in the tender vegetables and lentils and stir.

In a separate pan, cook the spaghetti as per packet instructions.
