Little Apple and Cinnamon Swirls

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

Method:

Mix the sliced apple and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Lay out the puff pastry and cover with the apple mixture.

Roll the puff pastry into a log and cut into slices.

Lay the slices on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes until golden.
