Mushroom Stroganoff

‚ÄčIngredients

  • 550g flat mushrooms
  • 500g carrots
  • 400g new potato
  • 300ml vegetable stock
  • 1 large onion
  • 100ml double cream
  • 10g gluten free plain flour
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1tsp garlic puree

Method:

Saute the onion, garlic, mushrooms and paprika until tender, and then add the stock.

Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Pour the cream into the mixture and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

Boil the new potatoes until tender. Steam the carrots until tender.

Serve.
