Poached Pear Puree

Poached Pear Puree


  • 4 pears
  • 2 oranges
  • 100ml water


​Cut off the end of the pears and peel them. Slice them length-ways into quaters.

Juice the oranges and add the juice and water into a saucepan, stirring well.

Once the liquid begins to bubble, add the pear quarters and place the lid on the pan.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes on a low heat until the pears are soft.

Once pears are soft, blend until smooth.
