Quinoa, Cheddar and Kale Bites

Ingredients:

  • 125g cooked quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 125g kale
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 150g cheddar cheese

Method:

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Beat the egg in a large bowl and add the finely chopped kale, quinoa, garlic, paprika and cheddar cheese, and mix well.

Spoon mixture onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
