Red Pepper and Pea Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 120g grated mature cheddar
  • 120g red pepper
  • 120g peas
  • 12 eggs

Method:

​Dice the red peppers. Add the red peppers and peas into a saucepan and gently saute.

Whisk the eggs.

Add the red peppers and peas into a frying pan and pour over the whisked eggs. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and cook until the egg is set, popping under the grill if needed.
