Sweet Potato, Pea and Broccoli Puree

Ingredients:

  • 50g broccoli
  • 350g sweet potato
  • 50g peas
  • 50g leek

Method:

Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the sweet potato, and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender. Strain and set aside.

Steam to broccoli and leek until tender.

Add broccoli, sweet potato, peas and leek to a blender and blend until smooth.
