Tortilla with Beef and Chilli Beans


  • 200g of kidney beans
  • 240g beef mince
  • 1tsp garlic puree
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1/2tsp beef stock
  • 1 large red onion, sliced​
  • 100g carrot, diced


Saute the onion and garlic until tender.

Add the mince beef and cook until the meat is browned.

Add the kidney beans, carrots, paprika and beef stock and stir well.

Pour in 160ml of water and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

If the mixture needs thickening, make a gluten free flour paste and stir in well.

Slice the tortilla and serve with the beef mixture.
