Vegetable Bean Chilli Tortilla

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 400g chickpeas
  • 170g five bean salad
  • tortilla wrap

Method:

​Saute the onion, garlic and pepper in a saucepan until tender.

Drain the chickpeas and five bean salad and stir into the mixture.

Add a little water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Warm the tortilla wrap, and spoon the vegetable mixture into the tortilla.

Serve.
