Food Fact:

The lentils and added vegetables in this cottage pie, pack in antioxidants and B vitamins. While beef helps to create the neurotransmitter serotonin, which helps to regulate moods, lentils contain magnesium which aids relaxation and boosts the production of neurotransmitters.


Recycling:

This dish will arrive in a recyclable aluminium tray, which is oven ready. The film that seals our meals is not currently recyclable and should be put into a mixed waste bin. However, we are currently looking at alternative seals.
