Food Fact:

Turkey is an excellent source of Tryptophan, which helps to create the neurotransmitter serotonin. Our mild tikka turkey offers a good source of B vitamins, which contribute to energy conversion, the health of your nervous system and cell production.


Recycling:

This dish will arrive in a recyclable aluminium tray, which is oven ready. The film that seals our meals is not currently recyclable and should be put into a mixed waste bin. However, we are currently looking at alternative seals.
