Food Fact:

This is a nutrient, protein and fibre packed dish. The vitamin C, especially from the butternut squash, helps to make acetylcholine a brain chemical involved in memory.


Recycling:

This dish will arrive in a recyclable aluminium tray, which is oven ready. The film that seals our meals is not currently recyclable and should be put into a mixed waste bin. However, we are currently looking at alternative seals.
