Ingredients:
  • Small roast potatoes
  • Cannelloni beans
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Diced carrots
  • Mixed diced peppers
  • Tomato paste
  • Vegetable bouillion
  • Fresh garlic puree
  • Smoked paprika
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Roast the potatoes in the oven at high heat
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and cook the onions, carrots and garlic until soft
  3. Add the tomato paste, smoked paprika and black pepper
  4. Add the vegetable bouillon and some water
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and beans and bring to the boil
  6. Add the mixed peppers
