  • Vegetable bouillon
  • Fresh coriander

  1. Puree the onions and carrots
  2. Heat a pan, add a little sunflower oil and brown the chicken
  3. Add in the onion and carrot puree and diced onion
  4. Cook through
  5. Add the cauliflower rice and stir in the Korma spice and coconut milk
  6. Add a little coriander to taste
