Fish Pie

Ingredients: 

  • Diced salmon, pollack and hake
  • Whole milk
  • Chopped onion
  • Diced potato
  • Gluten free plain flour
  • Chopped parsley
  • Ground black pepper
  • Mashed potato for pie top
  • Sunflower oil

Method:

  1. ​Heat the oil in a pan and add the parsley, diced potato and black pepper
  2. Mix well and fry off
  3. Add the milk and heat through, stirring occasionally
  4. Once the milk is hot, add the fish
  5. Mix water with gluten free flour and pass through chinos addend to the mix
