  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Garlic

  1.  Remove the core of the red peppers and butternut squash
  2.  Place the peppers and squash in a baking tray and bake until soft
  3.  Blend the peppers and butternut squash into a sauce
  4.  Boils some water and cook the macaroni
  5.  Heat the sauce in a pan
  6. Add the tomato paste, black pepper, garlic puree and herbs and simmer
