  • ​Minced turkey
  • Peas
  • Cauliflower florets
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Mixed peppers
  • Chopped white onion
  • Coconut milk
  • Tikka spice
  • Madras curry powder
  • Turmeric
  • Sunflower oil
  • Vegetable bouillon
  • Chilli powder

  1. ​Add the oil to a pan and fry the onions
  2. Add the turkey and cook through
  3. Mix in the tikka spice and turmeric
  4. Add the cauliflower florets
  5. Mix in tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and coconut milk and bring to the boil
  6. Add diced peppers
