Gluten free pasta in red pepper and butternut squash sauce

  • Gluten free penne pasta
  • Red peppers
  • Butternut squash
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Garlic puree

Method:

  1. Roast the red pepper and butternut squash in a pan
  2. Blend the roasted peppers and squash into a sauce and add the garlic puree and oregano
  3. Boil some water and cook the pasta
  4. Drain the pasta when cooked and add the sauce to the pasta
  5. Cook through
