Roast chicken with roast potatoes

​Ingredients: 

  • Chicken breast
  • Potatoes
  • Gravy

Method:

  1. Par-boil the potatoes in a large pan
  2. Heat the oven to 190c and roast the chicken breasts
  3. Add the potatoes to the oven above the chicken
  4. Prepare the gravy
  5. Slice the chicken breast to serve
