Shepherd’s Pie


  • Minced lamb
  • Diced carrots
  • Chopped onion
  • Vegetable bouillon
  • Fresh garlic paste
  • Sunflower oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Potatoes for mash topping

  1. Boil water and add chopped potatoes to make the mash top
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan
  3. Soften the chopped carrots, onions and garlic
  4. Turn up the heat and crumble in the lamb mince until brown
  5. Add the black pepper and thyme and stir
  6. Place the mix into an oven dish and spoon the mashed potato over the top
